About TETIRA International Consultants

Our vision is to contribute toward improving the country’s welfare and competitiveness in the global world through the provision of professional and cost-effective consulting services to our clients.

Our mission is to improve economic sector and people live through giving better and high quality consulting services on: study, research, and technical assistance; management assistance; surveys; institutional strengthening and capacity building; construction management of detailed engineering design, supervision and management; project management, planning and monitoring and evaluation; bureaucracy reform; management system development, based on values and ethics those are nationally and internationally recognized.

Since its establishment in 2007, our company has successfully completed more than 50 projects and handled by professionals and dedicaated directors and managers who have had long experieces in organizing consulting services, and in developing networks with domestic and international consulting firms, and multilateral and bilateral funding agencies. TETIRA has 20 permanent staffs and more than 200 associate consultants.

The organization of TETIRA is structured to ensure high quality of services (see figure). While, our management team consists of President Director, Managing Director, Managers, Professional Staff, Advisors and Experts.

TETIRA has been implemented quite significant projects. In half of the projects, TETIRA worked with other consulting firm (12 international consulting firms and 17 national consulting firms), including other private sector, bank, universities (in-country as well as abroad), NGOs, etc. TETIRA is registered as a qualified consulting firm in the World Bank; ADB (CMS No. 009606); JICA and some other international funding agencies; as well as in the GOI’s institutions; private group of companies; and some national banks.
